Questions people ask
Do my guests need to know how to film?
No. The camcorder has one button and a zoom. Each camera comes with a shot-list card and a QR code to a 60-second how-to video. Shaky, sideways and badly lit is part of the charm; our editor handles the rest.
What if a camera gets lost or dropped?
Wrist straps come on every camera and most events end with zero problems. If one does go missing, the replacement cost is in your rental agreement: $700 for a camcorder, $600 for the 360 camera.
Can I have this and a videographer?
Yes, and lots of couples do. The pro gets the ceremony; your guests get everything the pro walked past.
Are the photo cameras real disposables?
They look and feel like one, flash included, but they're digital inside. That means no developing, no two-week lab wait, and we can have your book printed within the week. You get every photo in a gallery as well as the book.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in the Orlando metro: Winter Park, Lake Nona, Kissimmee, Sanford, Clermont and everything between. We hand the cameras to you, your planner or your venue coordinator. We never ship.
How do I pay, and what if plans change?
25% deposit at checkout books your date. The balance is charged to the same card 7 days before the event, so there's nothing to remember. Move your date free up to 14 days out, once inside that. The deposit isn't refundable, but it never disappears: cancel and it becomes a credit on any package for 12 months. Florida sales tax applies to the rental portion.
